Refund Policy
To be eligible for a product return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received: unused, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
Note: Food products cannot be returned.

Returns must be sent to the following address: C/ Aribau 168, 1º-1ª, 08036 Barcelona, Spain.
If the return is accepted, the customer will be sent a return shipping label and instructions on how and where the package should be sent. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right. You have 7 days from delivery date to initiate a claim. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants) and personalized products (such as special orders or custom-made items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
CHANGES
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected the return, you will be notified if the refund has been approved. If so, it will automatically be refunded to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days. Please note that this process may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
