OUR HISTORY IN A FEW WORDS
After many years sharing our lives, we decided to take a step further and join forces professionally. It has not been an easy road, but the desire to create something authentic has pushed us to the end.
It all started with a challenge. As matcha lovers, we couldn't find a high-quality organic product that offered the best benefits and at the same time had an aroma and flavor that we could really enjoy.
We decided to travel to Japan, one entering from the north and the other from the south, dividing ourselves to learn about the processes of different regions and learn their different techniques, until we met again in Kyoto.
Our perseverance and passion led us to visit the fields again and again until we selected the farmers whose organic crops met the most demanding requirements.
On one of those trips we met our tea master, who became a key part of our team. Every year, he is in charge of selecting the highest quality leaves and carrying out a complex and meticulous process to ensure that the aroma and flavor are both unique and exceptional.
